Bring your BCIA 8016 Request for Live Scan Service form from your agency or school plus a valid government photo ID. We'll handle the rest — DOJ and FBI submissions are sent electronically while you're here.
$30 rolling fee + $32 DOJ + $17 FBI (when required by your agency). We accept cards and cash. You'll receive a receipt and ATI (Automated Transaction Identifier) number immediately after your appointment.
